Copy is nothing if it isn’t backed by strategy, research and interesting data. So when it comes to white papers, I use the same approach.
Over the years I’ve proofread or ghostwritten white papers, financial documents and contracts for IPOs and end-of-year trend reports.
Arrival Mindful Sustainability
Arrival’s electric vehicles were designed to reduce transportation emissions, but the ambition was much bigger.
Engaging with issues of resource scarcity and climate injustice, I worked closely with the sustainability strategist to write an article on Mindful Sustainability: an approach to reducing emissions while making sure there are no unintended consequences.
Born Immersive
Using innovative technology, including eye-tracking features, our spatial computing studio created an immersive VR experience about a woman with Alzheimer’s.
As part of the project, we detailed our learnings and gave advice on best practices for other studios to use. I co-wrote the paper, and proofread and edited it all.
Civil Society Futures
Civil Society Futures is a national inquiry into the role of civil society in England in a complex, changing world.
Goldsmiths University, Forum for the Future, openDemocracy and Citizens UK collaborated to guide the inquiry. I proofread and edited the paper, which was then sent to government bodies.
