sOCIAL CONTENT & STRATEGY

As quickly as brands move, by the time most of them start on reactive posts, they’re already two trend cycles too late. That’s assuming they even want to jump on a trend.

Bearing in mind authentic approaches for brands, I’ve concepted, strategised and written social posts and calendars over the last 14 years, including for a major ad agency, established brands, a tech startup and community organisations.

Here’s a few samples of my work.

Joining Leo Burnett agency as a Content Creator, I wrote Instagram and TikTok concept decks filled with ideas and references for the social calendar, and wrote social copy. I also concepted and wrote for Morrisons and McDonald’s when required.

Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn posts designed to position ourselves as industry innovators in a b2b setting (So… Not scaring-off-b2b-clients level innovators).

My social strategy centred around turning us into an authority and generating conversation, by sharing tech news, writing LinkedIn articles and posting about our latest releases and awards won.

John Lewis

Facebook’s active community offered the perfect setting for John Lewis’ committed and vocal customer base, before Instagram had really taken hold of John Lewis customers. I wrote posts to support seasonal campaigns and editorial.
